Employment Objective:
I would like to work with an organization where I can be creative and utilize my skills as multifunctional business/IT analyst (COBIT and partly BABOK methodologies and recommendations).
The most desirable option for me are (grouped by priority):
  • participation in IT-business processes optimisation:
    • or as the head of the corresponding working groups (in the relevant areas),
    • or as consultant (in the relevant areas).
I see my role as an organizer, coordinator or member of business/IT activities ensuring effective functioning: a system analysis through the prism of world best practices, risk management, addressing and solving of current specific problems and issues of strategic development.
In general, attractive to me looks like any area of focus where necessary:
  • to analyze a variety of factors, which are related to different object domains (i.e. in competitive intelligence);
  • take effective (that is based on "common sense", special knowledge, expertise and world best practices) decisions by taking into account all the possible consequences;
  • and undertake decisive action to achieve concrete results on the basis of the all above-listed.
It is in this I can bring the greatest benefit for potential partners, relying on my own experience, knowledge, professional, moral and business qualities.

Employment Summary:

At the moment (Oct, 2016) I play two roles:

1. as volunteer in regional self-defence forces. My duties include help of Ukrainian Army and solving of various problems using open source software,
2. as IT consultant for couple various businesses: Unix/Windows system administration, PHP&MySQL programming, open sources software system integration, business processes automatization etc
  1. Since December 2014 I was working as project/scrum manager at Edutone Corp.. I finished that work in end of August 2015 because temporary issues with health.
  2. Since November 2013 due to general political situation in Ukraine my activity was limited to volunteering in regional self-defence forces.
  3. Before that time, for the past 2 years I was working as OSS/BSS architect at pre-sale department of famous Ukrainian system integrator “S&T Ukraine”.
  4. Before that time, for about 2 years I was working at Kratos Ltd. (asset management company in agro-industrial business area) as CIO with “standard” CIO functions.
  5. And before that time, for 3-4 years I was working as multifunctional analyst-engineer, engineer-consultant and lead project engineer on junction of various themes of business and technology.
  6. And before that time, for five years I served as a project engineer in VIP-projects related with IT-infrastructure.
  7. And before that I played role as senior Unix system engineer and senior network engineer (configuring and supporting Unix/networking services and networking equipment: Cisco, Sun, HP, Nortel, ZyXEL and much more).
I have good experience of solving the problems encountered in large service providers, system integrators and in system operations area. And I have completed numerous projects in this fields.

My main responsibilities and activities during most of my working life mostly covered R&D, architectural and pre-sale tasks, related with ITIT and BusinessIT integration.
